DESCRIPTION: A large lightweight changing bag for Mum, which doubles up as a weekend bag. Available in Black or Chocolate. Dimensions are D12cm x L45cm x H33cm.

GOOD POINTS: If we had to sum up the Il Tutto Brigitte Tote in one word then it would be...beautiful! Of all the changing bags we've been fortunate enough to review on the site, this has to be one of our favourites. OK, so the price tag is definitely not to everyone's budget, however there is no denying that this is a bag which oozes style and quality from every stitch!

The Brigitte Tote is a really generously sized changing bag to cater for mums with more than one child (or simply mums to like to pack big on a day out!), and despite its practical design, on first appearances it looks nothing like a changing bag at all. Available in a choice of black or brown, the bag is made from a soft leather which is surprisingly lightweight given its dimensions.

The finish and detailing is simply superb, with attractive crinkle patent panelling and piping which also extends around the main carry handles, and metal studs on the underside which keep the bag clean and scuff-free. A signature monster teddy hanging from the handle adds a cute touch!

The exterior of the bag is fairly free of pockets, apart from two deep insulated compartments across either end, each with a magnetic clasp fastening which makes them ideal for storing snacks or drinks within easy reach.

Il Tutto Brigitte ToteThe interior of the bag is accessed via a large zip opening on the top (complete with large zip tag), and side poppers undo to expand the opening further for easy organising and rummaging. The interior is indeed substantial in size, with a waterproof lining in attractive coordinated spotty design, and a multitude of side pockets for easy and efficient organisation of baby, toddler and parent essentials.

These pockets include four deep open compartments perfect for nappies, wipes, nappy bags and spare clothes, as well as a zipped pocket for storing mum's valuables, a smaller open pocket for housing a mobile phone, and a couple of pen holders. A clip located on one of the pockets also enables keys to be attached for quick access and retrieval.

The changing bag also comes with a removable clear plastic zipped waterproof wallet which can be used to store mucky items or rubbish separate from the rest of the bag contents. In addition, an insulated bottle holder in matching design to keep fluids warm or cold for several hours, and also a large matching wipe-clean changing mat which is padded for maximum comfort and folds up neatly when not in use (with Velcro fastening).

The tote also includes an additional (removable) strong wide fabric strap which is fully adjustable to enable the bag to be worn comfortably across the body, or alternatively hung over the handles of a pushchair or stroller.

Another fantastic feature of the bag is that it doubles as a lovely weekend bag - but that's not all...the interior top lining of the bag zips out completely to reveal a fully lined enclosure which maximises on space to enable mum to fit in all her favourite outfits for a trip away! The bag even comes packaged in its own Il Tutto drawstring sack to protect it when not being used.

In our opinion, the Brigitte Tote is a bag of outstanding style and elegance, which has a versatile design that enables it to be used long after your babies have grown up. Great quality for your money...not to mention bags of room!

BAD POINTS: The bag is very expensive compared to other changing bags on the market, but you do get fantastic quality for your money.
