The collaboration between the two Danish brands is also a timely one, due to the fact that Fritz Hansen will also be celebrating the 50th anniversary of St. Catherine's College in Oxford for the fair. Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1962, the Grade I listed building is a first-rate example of Danish modernist design in the UK. To honour the occasion, Fritz Hansen will be launching a new version of the iconic Oxford™ chair, designed for St. Catherine's College that will be exhibited along with other archival material about the college, and the works of Jacobsen in general, in the Fritz Hansen store during the fair.
