PRODUCT: Bambino Merino Sleeping Bag (3-24 months) ( Merino Sleeping Bag

DESCRIPTION: An armless, fire resistant baby sleeping bag made from 100% cotton with merino wool lining, available in three colours. The bag is fastened using shoulder and underarm poppers, and a side and base zip. One size is suitable from 3 to 24 months.

GOOD POINTS: The sleeping bag is very soft on baby’s skin and comes in a pink colour for girls, blue for boys, and a neutral brown colour suitable for either. It has a good quality finish, and the merino wool helps regulate baby’s body temperature as it is a natural breathable fibre. This keeps baby comfortable throughout the night, and means the sleeping bag can be worn through all seasons with no need to worry about different tog measurements.

The bag is designed to sleep babies from 3 months through to 2 years which avoids the expense of spending out on a new one every few months. The adjustable poppers on the shoulders and underarms mean the bag can be fitted snuggly around your baby, and the full length zip down the side and base allows easy changing of nappies. The bag is machine washable and can be tumble dried. It can be folded compactly and comes in a handy travel sack.

Importantly, it is still necessary to clothe your baby in garments suited to climate and nursery temperature, and a temperature/clothing guide relevant to this is not included with the product. This information is available on the Bambino Merino website under the FAQ section (Click here to visit the Bambino Merino website).

BAD POINTS: The sleeping bag is quite expensive and it is likely that you will require more than one in order to allow for accidents. However, because of the wide age range that the sleeping bag caters for they should save you money in the long run.
