PRODUCT: Mudpuppy Magnetic Letters Painters Palette (www.greatgifts4kids.co.uk)Djeco Magnetic Letters

DESCRIPTION: A set of 40 coloured patterned wooden alphabet letters with magnetic backing, which come in a resealable carton. All letters are uppercase and each measures 4.5cm/1.75" tall. Suitable for children aged 3 years upwards.

GOOD POINTS: What better way for your child to learn their ABCs than with this delightful set of alphabetical letters.

The set contains forty letters in total, in uppercase format, and each made from a durable good quality wood with a smooth rounded finish. There are two of each of the vowels and the most commonly used consonants, making the set ideal for encouraging children to learn and experiment with word-building and spelling.

The letters are the perfect size for small hands to manage and have a lovely bright printed front (using non-toxic inks), featuring a variety of attractive vibrant colours and patterned designs to engage your child's interest.

A wonderful feature of the set is that all the letters are backed with a sheet magnet, not only adding a fun decorative feature to any fridge or whiteboard, but also making them perfectly safe for young children to play with as there are no small magnetic components to come loose.

In addition, the letters come in a fun sturdy box which is shaped like a milk carton and makes a great storage container for the set when not being used - a handy and effective snap fastening on the top of the carton makes it simple and convenient to open and reseal as required.

In our opinion, this is an adorable and very educational set of quality wooden letters which no fridge door should be without!

BAD POINTS: The set is a little pricey, and the letters are not water-resistant! As with any such set, there are a number of separate pieces which may get lost over time.
